Seasonal Temporary Recruiter (Early Careers)Desired Start Date: September 1st 2026Anticipated Duration of Assignment (months): Approximately 6 months total, supporting peak recruiting periods from September–December and February–April.Location: Stamford, CT.Interview Process: Online Panel interview with Early Careers & Talent Attraction team members (45 minutes). Followed by online Interview with Hiring Manager (30 minutes)Job Description / Responsibilities:Provide recruiting support during peak Early Careers hiring periods, focused on Internship and Fellows recruiting programs.Key responsibilities include:Conduct recruiter phone screens for Internship and Fellows candidatesManage candidate pipelines and candidate movement through recruiting stagesCoordinate and administer HireVue assessments, including invitation management, completion tracking, status updates, issue resolution, and candidate follow-upSupport candidate communications and keep-warm engagement activitiesManage candidate scheduling and interview coordination activitiesSupport panel and final-round interview processesAssist with recruiting event execution, networking events, and career fairsMaintain accurate candidate records and recruiting system updatesPartner with hiring managers and recruiters to ensure timely movement of candidates through the selection processHelp reduce recruiting bottlenecks and improve candidate experience during peak hiring periodsSupporting administration of Talent Attraction work including posting jobs on job boards, monitoring inboxes, posting communication campaign, pulling together reports from various TA site and systems.Required Experience:2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experienceExperience conducting candidate phone screens and behavioral interviewsExperience managing high-volume recruiting pipelinesExperience working within applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologiesStrong candidate relationship management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneouslyStrong organizational and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently and manage recruiting activities with minimal supervisionNice-to-Have Skills (Not Required):University recruiting or Early Careers recruiting experienceExperience recruiting MBA, internship, or leadership development program candidatesExperience using HireVue or other digital assessment platformsConsumer packaged goods (CPG) industry recruiting experienceExperience supporting career fairs, campus recruiting events, and networking programsExperience partnering directly with business leaders and hiring managers
