Job Description

Apply hands-on U.S. Department of Defense reporting and staff-process experience to evaluate and improve training materials for next-generation AI systems. This remote contract role centers on producing realistic, accurate military reporting content for senior-level decision support. Key Responsibilities

• Review military and DoD reporting content for factual accuracy, clarity, and alignment with real-world procedures.
• Synthesize information from multiple teams or staff sections into reports and executive updates.
• Provide detailed written feedback on AI-generated reporting materials.
• Evaluate AI outputs for correct military terminology, reporting standards, and information synthesis.
• Create and refine realistic reporting examples and scenarios for AI training.

• Military operations expertise, knowledge of DoD reporting standards, report writing, information synthesis, content evaluation, executive reporting, staff coordination, and written communication.
• At least 3 years of experience with the U.S. Department of Defense as a uniformed service member, DoD civilian, or both.
• Experience personally preparing recurring reports or executive updates for senior military or DoD leadership.
• Experience with Weekly Activity Reports, Project or Program Status Reports, Performance or Accomplishment Reports, After-Action Reports, or Budget Execution Reports.
• Background in military operations, plans, headquarters or command staff, program management, executive support, or resource management.
• Experience as an Operations Officer or NCO, Plans Officer, Action Officer, Staff Officer, Executive Officer, or a similar headquarters role is preferred.

• Remote contract engagement.
• No prior AI experience is required.

• $40 to $80 per hour.
